1. Open CMD (run as administator) and run the below 

regsvr32 /u c:\windows\syswow64\XXXXXX.ocx

regsvr32 c:\windows\syswow64\XXXXXX.ocx

2. When you run it must be susseful like the below photo

When you run it and we face an error like the below

You must to download the the file .ocx   https://www.ocxme.com/ 

and paste the file on the path c:\windows\syswow64\

When you finished with the .ocx error , try to install the program as user.
