Whitelist an email address

1.To whitelist an email address you must click at the left panel Filtering --> Whitelist

2.Press New

      2.1 Choose Domain you want 

      2.2 Add the email address you Want

      2.3 Ensure that Check Antivirus is "Yes"

      2.4 Ensure that Ignore SPF & Apply to Headers is "NO" 

3.Check if whitelisting is success 

      3.1 Select Domain 

      3.2 add to search filed the email address 

      3.3 Check the result at "orange" area
